Welcome to SOHO

One of New York City’s most vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods

SOHO is a trendy, upscale neighborhood in New York City. Its history is closely intertwined with the development of New York City as a whole. The Dutch initially settled the neighborhood in the 1600s, and the name SOHO derives from its location "South of Houston Street." In the 1800s, the neighborhood became a center of the city's art and culture scene, and many of the buildings that remain today were built during this time. Today, it is known for its high-end shops, restaurants, and spirited nightlife. It is also a popular destination for tourists seeking peaceful green spaces, as the area features many parks and open areas. The climate is also very pleasant, with mild temperatures and low humidity being dominant.

The architecture in SOHO is predominantly made up of brownstones and other historic buildings. Many of the buildings in the neighborhood date back to the 19th century, and there are several notable architects and firms that have left their mark in the area. The variety of living spaces in SOHO ranges from luxury apartments and condos to amenity-laden lofts and affluent single-family homes.
