In 2014, Chetrit sold 432 West 52nd Street to a partnership between JVL Property Group, Okada Acquisitions and Zion Enterprises, which then converted the building to condominiums. In 2015, Chetrit, who had converted this building to rental apartments, sold it to Gaia Real Estate for $156.5 million.
The architect for the condominium conversion by Gaia was Karl Fischer.
