This 82-story, mixed-use tower at 30 Park Place just to the west of the Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway combines a 175-room Four Seasons Hotel on the lower 22 floors and 157 luxury condominiums on the upper floors numbered 39 through 82.

Silverstein Properties, the developer of nearby towers at the World Trade Center, and the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) are the developers.

Robert A. M. Stern is architect.

The project is scheduled for completion in the middle of 2016.
