30 Park Place Four Seasons

This 82-story, mixed-use tower at 30 Park Place just to the west of the Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway combines a 175-room Four Seasons Hotel on the lower 22 floors and 157 luxury condominiums on the upper floors numbered 39 through 82.
Silverstein Properties, the developer of nearby towers at the World Trade Center, and the California State Teachers Retirement System are the developers.
The architect behind this masterpiece is Robert A. M. Stern. The project was completed in the middle of 2016 and is the tallest residential tower to grace the Downtown skyline.

Residents have access to both the private residence and hotel suite of services. Hotel amenities include Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant and bar in New York, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, lobby lounge and bar, spa, fitness center and pool, attended parking garage, ballroom and banquet facilities.

30 Park Place (Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown) stands an impressive 926 feet tall, with sweeping 360-degree views of New York City. The project also includes a landscaped park which was completed in early 2016.30 Park Place offers a new paradigm in luxurious living.
