The grey-brick design - which YIMBY described as "perfectly contextual" - is accentuated by large windows on the upper floors and smaller ones on the first two. The 65-foot-tall structure is located on the same block as the attractive Flowerbox Building and will fit right in with its other low-rise neighbors.
Permits indicate that residential space will occupy 9,028 square feet, meaning each condo will average a spacious 1,500 square feet. Many units will also have their own floors. No word yet on a construction timeline.
