The 'Half A Million Dollar' Listing

One of my best friends got married in October and at the wedding, the TV show "Million Dollar Listing" came up.

"Seriously…what can you really purchase for a half-a-million dollars in NYC?!"

Downtown Manhattan, half-a-million dollars gets you a studio in an elevator building or a small one-bedroom in a walk-up building. For instance, my listing at 185 West Houston was listed and in-contract during the month of October for $549,000, an alcove studio in an elevator building in Soho.

Further uptown and in Brooklyn, half-a-million gets you more...sometimes a lot more...one-bedrooms in elevator & doorman buildings uptown and two-bedrooms in some parts of Brooklyn.

While many of my friends tell me I belong on TV, I have not heard from BRAVO requesting me to star on the show...yet!
