Playing A Prank On Your Neighbor!

With it being April Fools' I had to ask, is there ever a good time to play a prank on your neighbor?  The short answer is no!

In order to reduce the risk of having a prank played on you by someone in your building, you must be a good neighbor!

  • Introduce yourself

  • Know your neighbors lifestyle

  • Who do you share walls with

  • What is the process for garbage removal

  • Communicate on a regular basis

  • Share news updates about the neighborhood

Sometimes we shy away from getting to know our neighbors.  There are lots of reasons:  who really lives in your Condo or Co-Op?

  • Concerns buyers have about any particular Co-Op include the reasonableness of other shareholders when it comes to renovations, long-term building improvements, and handling day-to-day decisions.

  • Concerns buyers have about any particular Condo include the percentage of units that are held by investors vs. owner-occupants, percentage of units that are used as a second or third home, etc.

  • Concerns shareholders or owners have for prospective buyers are their financials, credit history, lifestyle, or motives for purchasing.

Hope you all escape any pranks and look forward to speaking with you soon!

Sincerely,
Danielle Nazinitsky

On the Market

Spotlight On: 135 Eastern Parkway #3B

I just listed this 758 square foot renovated one-bedroom apartment at the Turner Towers!

The living room measures over 300 square feet and is large enough to create a separate dining, living and office area. Smart updates such as additional closet and storage in the hallway were made during a kitchen renovation by the current owners. A chef will fall in love with the kitchen from the cabinet and counter space and over-sized fridge. Topping it off is the queen-sized bedroom and spacious bathroom with a large tub and linen closet.
