New Year, New York!

Surprisingly, In 2020, we saw real estate values & transactions up outside of New York. 

In Manhattan, values and transactions were flat or down, but bullish buyers & motivated sellers still made deals happen. Brooklyn continued to hold strong and continues to be up- year over year!

In 2021, Brooklyn will continue to have an undersupply of inventory and in Manhattan, well priced units will capture buyers attention.

I work ALL over Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens with a data-driven approach to understanding the market.
