While I took December {mostly} off as a new mom, January has been ALL ABOUT the two I's - Interest Rates & Inflation, both of which have brought a slew of buyers to NYC.
The spring season has started early - properties have already been scooped up and what's left is an oversupply of studios across midtown Manhattan.
On the flip side, the luxury market is almost nonexistent in downtown Manhattan, & Brooklyn townhouses are untouchable.
I do everything in my power to close the deal which means getting extra creative when it comes to structuring my clients' offers and generating a feeling of urgency for my sales listings.
