getting smart - in technology & real estate

While I am ashamed to admit it...I discovered Netflix for the first time in November.  My TV is now officially smart!  Getting smart in technology means more flexibility and spending less money.  A win-win.

Getting smart in NYC real estate means learning about trade-offs:

  • Condo's are 52% more expensive Manhattan-wide than co-ops ($1,901 vs. $1,248 per square foot)

  • Two-bedrooms are 22% more expensive than one-bedrooms ($1,515 vs. $1,237 per square foot)

  • Renovated apartments sell for more than 20% the price of un-renovated apartments and in less time

Working with me as your agent makes purchasing or selling a home in NYC as easy as binging on Netflix.

{And if you're in the mood to binge, I highly recommend Jessica Jones}

Happy Holidays!
