When our industry was shut down in March for 3+ months, everyone was at home and there were no open houses! The real estate market was completely frozen!
I envisioned what NYC would be like when it re-opened.
Over the quarantine, I re-launched my social media and recorded dozens of videos educating buyers, sellers and other real estate agents about navigating our complex market.
The response from new buyers and sellers has been overwhelming! I have 11 active sales listings, 2 more coming soon, and 6 sales in contract. This is no small feat in a market where there are less units for sale than before the pandemic.
I pride myself in a diverse business ALL over Manhattan, Brooklyn, & Queens. It provides perspective on every market and every price point (map of my business here).
Reflecting forward, November is the start of my 7th year in real estate, two of which I was the top 1% in the country. With today being Thanksgiving, there is so much to be grateful for!

AT THE END OF THE DAY, a sublet policy is just a policy and not the reality!
Its not specifically the co-ops themselves that are strict, its the banks that might not give potential buyers mortgages in the buildings that have more than 20-50% sublet. You can watch & learn here!
