In order to deliver the greatest value to his clients —whether they are buyers, sellers, investors or renters — Joseph focuses on one thing above all others: the client. Joseph specializes in rentals and sales Downtown and on the Upper East Side; but he enjoys showing properties and helping clients in any neighborhood of interest. He has lived in Union Square, the East Village and the West Village, keeping him on the pulse of downtown’s best restaurants, bars, shops, cultural venues and transportation alternatives. He enjoys taking trips to the Whitney and spending time with his family on Long Island.
